You should be concentrating on your BPFSL and BPEL as indicators of your growth, your Flaccid hang will vary all of the time so its not a good measuring stick for progress. Since your BPEL has decreased that is an indicator of overtraining. You're getting your rest days which is good, but what is your routine? How much time do you spend per workout on stretches? |
