advice when having a low lot Hi there,
I just read Bib's LOT theory, and I used his measurment system to determine my LOT. I have a low LOT. That is that my LOT is around 7:30 - 8:00 o'clock.
This may be why some men grow more easily than others, and I really like the theory. So hanging does not have much affect on my situation. And from experience I can say that haning indeed does not have much effect on me.
Now, can anyone give me some advice on what exercises are the best to perform when having a low LOT? I know I need to strech more on a high angle, but that seems hard to do, and is not as easy as simply hanging. (since hanging can be done effortless, and pulling on a high angle is somewhat hard to do for say 30 min.)
