I'm also interested in long term results. I've tied various things around my penis in the past, and with any respectable amount of pull, or tension applied, blood flow is lost to the glans, and numbness/tingling results. Be very careful guys. This is why I'm exploring the vacuum strapping concept. No pressure or compression forces are being applied to the glans/penis. All blood flow is maintained.
I've experienced what can definitely be called "Hardcore Stretching". I've hung as much as 30lbs from my penis using things like the BIB hanger. A shoe string and a shirt stay are nowhere close. I'm not trying to say it won't work, but it's unlikely to produce gains. Keep us posted though. If you can in fact show real results in a few more months...from ONLY this method, major props.
