Well, as far as the 30'lbs thing. I hooked it up to a scale and was able to pull 23'lbs on it. Pretty close ehe? But regardless, the point is a prolonged stretch. Its the same concept as bodybuilders use for their heavy cycle on lifting. Weight/Load over time. You dont overload your self over and over again, you span it out. Same thing as stretching, span the stress "load" out over time. |
