By the way, do you have any pictures of the new max-vac extender without your mod? I couldn't find one on MNS.
V8: The big difference here is the vacuum type pressure that the silicone sleeve provides. It provides consistent pressure around your entire penis, whereas a string provides pressure in one area (where the knot is tied). This is why a string can be extremely dangerous (not saying that devices in general are safe, but string knots have left a few men on with ED for several weeks or more in the past). |
Hey remek, here's a post I made with a PIC, and vid. You must be a registered member to view.

Remek, you're right about the pressure on the penis thing. You have to be careful WHERE you place it. There's a nerve bundle that runs along the top, and mostly behind the glans. If these nerves are damaged (repeated pressure for example), or injured you will suffer (hopefully temporary) erection problems. Big reason for erection problems caused by improper jelqing grips...where the thumb runs over the top of the penis, and drags over those nerves, and also for problems caused by stretchers that use a NOOSE.
I don't totally understand the mechanics of how the Max Vac hangers/stretchers work. However, the sleeves themselves actually take VERY little if any pressure, or stretch when using the devices. It's mind boggling to me. The sleeve acts mainly as a means to 'seal' things up between the penis, and chamber.
Things are still looking good with this setup btw. I'm going to give it a full run until the end of this month before posting my final thoughts, observations, and whether I suggest anyone else uses this method.
