When stretched (flacid), I feel a rigid tightly stretched object running in the dorsal region from the pubic bone region to just behind the glans. The rest of the penis is not under tension. It appears that this tightly stretched part on my anatomy has to be stretched before in can make any more length gains.

What effect does stretching have on the dorsal vein, the dorsal arteries and the dorsal nerve system?

How does hanging or using a mechanical extender affect the veins, arteries and nerves? I assume that these are the delicate parts of the penile anatomy, whilst the rest of it is very robust and capable of taking a fair amount of punishment.

Would it be feasible to address the plumbing in the dorsal region in a separate thread?
Well congradulations I happon to have the same problem and would like to see this addressed. Thanks. Wiley
