Default Jelq/Stretch combos

Hey everyone. I just wanted to share another new variation to my PE workouts that I started this week. I'm always searching for new and improved ways to PE. Even the slightest change or evolution (if you will) to a normal workout can enhance the outcome. I've started doing what I can only describe as jelq/stretch combos. I consistantly do about 500 jelqs per session. This past week I started out by doing 100 standard standing jelqs. After the first set of 100 I then would begin altering the angle at which I performed the jelq. I would jelq at a downward angle. Then the next jelq would be done pulling straight up. Then to the left. Then to the right. They seemed to stretch and jelq at the same time. I did 100 jelqs like this and then went back to doing another 100 standard jelqs and repeated until I finished 500. I can tell a difference already...in the fatigued feeling after the workout at least. This is kind of my personal bell weather for rating my workouts. Try it and see how it works fo you.
