I have resumed my routine after two weeks recovery from a vasectomy. The tenderness has subsided and I started today with a gentle PE routine based on the beginners routine:
10 minute warm-up
6 minutes of basic stretching
10 minutes of jelqing (Remember to jelq in three second strokes.)
I will be PEing Saturday, Tuesday, Thursday first thing in the AM for two weeks. I'll be experimenting with erection % and pressure during that time trying to find comfortable levels based on Physiologic Indicators.
After two weeks, I'm going to assess PIs, and start increasing intensity slightly and planning the next couple weeks.
I'll do Kegels on PE days during warmup, and also at various stationary times throughout the day. I'd like to get three sets of basic gripping in during the day, no more than 5 minutes each to start.
I'll be measuring every Saturday morning. Notes: * First of all, I measured again, this time standing, looking at porn, stroking, legs a little better than shoulder width, penis straight out, and using a transparent plastic ruler laying across the top of the penis pressed firmly into the pubic bone where the penis meets the body. I used a sewing tape to measure girth. I did this to get as controlled and replicable measuring conditions as possible.
So my starting stats have changed a little. Thus the importance of standardizing a measuring practice...
6.6875 BPEL X 4.5 EG
(Formerly I had stated my starting stats at 6.0 X 4.5, but that was with all done with a sewing tape.)
The plastice ruler I'm using has a blank spot before the zero. The blank spot measures 3/16 (.1875) inch, so I had to add that on to the measurement of 6.5.
My new goal is: 7.6875 BPEL X 5.5 EG - an inch in each direction. * I warmed up with a hot water bottle. I used about 2 cups of water, squeezed all the air out, and corked the bottle so it was thin enough that I could wrap it around my penis. I did this on my back while I did a series of Kegels. I kept an eye on a watch. * I stretched VERY gently in the following order, 30 seconds each position, resting between directions for a few seconds: Up, straight out, down, left, right. This order was just more intuitive for me. * I started jelquing from the perineum, pushing from behind the testicles. This gradually caused my penis to become partially engorged without becoming too aroused. I have this idea that the spongiosum and cavernosum that extends into the body may actually be a neglected area of PE. So I figured it couldn't hurt to give that area a gentle massage to start out and to gradually work into a standard jelq. I spent maybe 3 minutes on that and then 10 minutes standard jelq trying to maintain about 50%-75% erection. Yikes! At one point I wanted to experiment with more of an erection. So I massaged my glans a little and got up to about 80% erect. YOUWCH! I jequed too hard once by mistake and that was a very unpleasant sensation. Very intense. So I backed off. Lightend my grip a little and let the erection subside a little. Moral of the story: If you become more aroused during jelquing be prepared to lighten your grip accordingly or you could hurt yourself. More pressure is tolerable at lower levels of erection. |
