Default decided to finally join the club

Well i've been doing beginners workout for about 3 weeks. I was pretty excited to get started and really look forward to my workouts and especially what I will get out of them. I am just throwing a little caution to the wind and keeping it pretty light right now. I only have one and I wanna keep it healthy. But I can already physicaly tell that it is becoming used to the streches it just feels stronger and more comfortable. I am here to just gain more knowlege of the matter, and I want my results to just be safe and healthy. So that leads me to a couple questions.

1. Are results permanent?

2. Are their natural vitamins I can take to help growth, just regular ones like vatimin C. Not big package ones like they have on the internet?

3. If you have just one very important piece of advice you could give what would it be?

4. Could you tell me about your favorite routine that you stick to, or do you guys just keep trying to mix it up?

Thats about it. Thanks guys for any feedback. And really appreciate having a site like this to turn to. Im here to stay, be here for the long haul.
