5 lbs x 15 minutes Jelqing: (mostly erect) 100 jelqs Hanging (SO sitting, lowish angle):
5 lbs x 15 minutes (100 pull backs, 5 30 second pull back holds) Jelqing: (mostly erect) 100 jelqs
note: the long holds were massively harder than the quick pulls. |
