I agree that L-Arg is a very useful supplement for PE. I also agree that you'll want to start out light with it, as you never know how your body will react.

Your L-Arginine regime looks like a good one, JP. In fact, it's very similar to the one Dr. Lamm recommends in The Hardness Factor (more info here: http://www.pegym.com/forums/general-...rking-try.html)
