First, welcome to the gym
Second, I'll start this off. Although I'm not a big pumper, I have read about it's substantial results (when combined with other exercises).
If I were to combine clamping and pumping, I would clamp
first, and Pump right after.
My reason: Clamping has been known to provide some amazing temporary gains (some men have reported up to a 30 percent penile increase!) . . . Common sense tells me that I want to cement that 30 percent gain right away. Pumping could help do that.
By the way, this would not be for beginners. No new guys should be doing clamping (let alone clamping
and pumping.
