I've never (yet) had issues with erections even before PE. I will say from experience, when I was hanging after a long day of hanging, I would get "throbbing hard" erections when I got aroused later on. The same applies now when I finish a day of stretching. I attribute the 'throbbing' to tissue fatigue...it feels good though!
