I don't really feel like seeing if this concept of yours...though it sounds "possible"...might work. Nothing personal, I'm just very happy with what I've got going here. If however, you or someone else wants to test out your idea I say go for it. Be advised though that it's not just about having something pull on your penis. There needs to be a tension on the glans, or on the inner tissues...not simply on the outer skin.
