There have actually been days recently when I have masturbated 4 or 5 times - usually a Saturday. And long sessions with visual aids - as long as a couple hours in some cases.
Still there are times when the erection just isn't where I think it should be. I can get to the raging level, but it doesn't stay that way for more than a few seconds.
I'll look into the smooth muscle stuff.
