skoorbgib, I described basic jelqing in the beginners routine.
The whole purpose of the Jelq is to move the blood bulge. You want to
grip with the OK grip as close to the pelvic bone as you can, slide up the shaft to the glans pushing the blood ahead of your hand. When you reach the glans, it will be totally engorged, hold the grip and start the other hand up. When halfway up with the second hand, release the grip with the first and move it back to the base of your shaft.
Don't worry about holding the skin back. The skin on your penis needs to stretch also, to allow new girth and length growth. JP
