I think your log should be mandatory reading for all newbies. You are an excellent example on how you should start a PE program off.
Most guys just read enough to get confused and then start off with a bang. They do everything wrong and then try to figure out why
they aren't gaining.
You however, have a set plan in mind and are testing the water to see what works for you. Monitoring your body's response is also a
great practice.
This is a great example of how it should be done. If you don't see gains I will eat my socks!
