So I have changed a few things recently that might help clear some of this up. I'll start with smoking cigaretts, I obviously stopped them back in early November because any good PEr knows smoking is bad for the dick, and so far we are right. Smoking just plain sucks, and I hate it now, but I have noticed it's affects on my PEing and the PIs I have experienced since I have stopped. To make things interesting, Since the Start of the year I have also abstained from alcohol, red meat, pork, masturbation(for the most part) and caffine. I have also made some positive changes to my diet and exercise routine such as A lysine supplement a daily multi V and an overall better diet. For all these changes I have made I have yet to remove cannabis from my routine. I notice that wether I have done my routine or not within minutes of using cannabis my flacid hang is around 5 1/2 to 6 inches which is almost my EL. The girth is quite increased as well, almost to my EG. I tend to use it right before my routine because not only does it relax me it's also a vasodialator. I've found it easier to work with my penis when it(and I) is more relaxed. I'm not saying its just because of weed, I feel alot of my progress has come from the combination of life changes I have made, but cannabis might have played a part just as much as arginine does for others. There is no short cut in my opinion, no super supplement, and no ultimate device. It's entirely up to you to put in the time and have the disipline it takes to see results, and I feel that any results are worth while. Good luck to everyone, it's time to go to work.
