After one week: no measurable gains.
I had an erection about midweek that I was fairly impressed with. It didn't last, but it was rounder and shinier than usual. It was during a first thing AM masturbation session. CHANGES TO ROUTINE:
My body handled the first week beginner routine pretty well. I know I can do a little more, so today I am making the following changes:
* 5-10 minute warm up with Kegels in the background per usual
* Stretches: basic stretch all directions 30 seconds with a little more pull; three sets
* Jelq: basic jelq with occasional perineum jelq 20 minutes
* Close with stroking to full erection.
I'm also going to move to an every other day routine: Sat(today), Mon, Wed, Fri - I might take Sat and Sun off next week. AFTER TODAY'S ROUTINE (4th session): Stretches definitely left me with a longer flaccid hang today and I pulled a little harder just to the point of feeling a definite pull throughout the penis. This is a principle I learned from stretching and yoga. The pull can feel tight, but shouldn't approach pain. I found this to be easier to do with the penis than with my hamstrings. Jelqs: jelqing has yet to become a strict method. I'm always experimenting with the grip and the erection level. There's a certain stage of erection where I begin feeling a tightness in my penis. I try to keep the erection below that stage during jelqing. I did however try jelqing ever so lightly with a full erection to see what it felt like. It just didn't work and was sort of scary. I used the perineum jelq to pump more blood into the penis whenever I would start to get a little too flaccid. PIs: For the first time, I felt a very slight tingling sensation after I sat down for a couple minutes following my session. That was about 10 minutes ago. I can't tell if I feel anything different at the moment. My penis resumed a normal flaccid length though it might be a little fuller than usual.
