I suppose with enough people - or enough intelligent people, I should say - the system could be changed for the better. It's happened many times before (The American Revolution is just one example of the prior system being turned upside down).
I don't think it comes down to
how many people you would need to overthrow the system, but
what kind of people. People with lots of money, power, and influence could no doubt overthrow the system we have before us.
