yes, that helped alot thank you remek! i never knew that you were supos to stop a little bit inbetween the point of no return and the kegel.. im guessing thats what my problem was... if not i'll keep kegeling until i reach the point where i can hold it back!
although ive only been kegeling for about 3 weeks now i feel as if my PC muscles are already pretty strong.. im just curious as towards how many reps to do and for how long i should be holding the kegel?
