Good questions. It was discoverd by Bib. He told me that he learned of LOT by paying putting two-and-two together.
He knows a lot about the penis physiology, and he also noticed his tug back changing. He then threw around the idea that this tugback was correlated with the position of the ligaments.
I personally don't use the LOT theory in my routine, as I believe in stretching each and every way (up/down/left/right) to maximize gains. As a result, I'd have to say no, it didn't make a difference in my gains. |
