although ive only been kegeling for about 3 weeks now i feel as if my PC muscles are already pretty strong.. im just curious as towards how many reps to do and for how long i should be holding the kegel? i've been holding my kegel for 3 seconds and doing 50 kegels every other day for the past 3 weeks and it doesnt seem to be getting me anywhere... should i be doing multiple sets of kegels? or should i be holding it longer? or more reps? any suggestions???? |
