I take a rest day whenever my BPSFL starts to go down. I know this IMMEDIATELY when I start my routine, because I measure my stretches as I stretch. Yes I know your not SUPPOSTED to measure all the time, let alone as you stretch, but I DISAGREE. I think that by doing this I get IMMEDIATE FEEDBACK on a key negative indicator, atleast in my opinion, which is decrease in BPSFL. If BPSFL has gone down as I start the routine, I quickly end it and try again the next day. Since I haven't stretched more than a minute before I know if I should continue, I haven't put any more stress on myself and the healing/growth can continue. |
