hello im Kingpole This is my first thread on this site. I am a veteran PE'r who is quite good at it. I have been at it for over 3 years and had some pretty decent gains. Mostly i started PE over three years ago to help my ED problem. My routines changes every 6-8 weeks i do all manual exercises and a lot of ballooning. Why do i balloon, because i can. When your dick has been absent for 6 years of your life and by the miraculous force of sensible PE you gain it back. Well don't take your dick fo granted because if you lose the use of it you feel like an IT.
And i felt like an IT! from age 36-41 i had comeplete ED. I could cum wihout even getting an erection. To say the least this was very agonising. Never in my life at this time did i get so much female attention than when i had ED. Diabetes and 2 years of Nuerontin use along with antihistamines and blood pressure medication did me in as well as my dick.
My advice to you younger dudes. Don't get ED, give up the sugar especially white sugar it only leads to health problems. Eat food that is not proccesed and as close to it's natural state as possible. I had a diet pepsi habit, likely the culprit to my other disease hypothyroidism. The one of the complications of hypothyroid is that it can lead to diabetes. Chuck the diet pepesi and the nutrasweet.
My PE techniques are unorthadox to say the least. I only do manual PE and i use a lite grip. I also jelq very slow 10-30 seconds. Currently im doing a jelq i invented. you form an OK grip at the base that is not to tight. the liter the grip the better. You count to ten and while you are doing this your dick balloons up nicely, then you take the base grip you move it up towards the glans for another ten count. Then at just below the glans you count to five and then repeat the jelq. Do twenty of them after a long slow stretch. |
