Beginning of 3rd Week

I measured on Sunday before masturbating: No gains, in fact I came in about 1/16 inch smaller in length and 1/16 inch smaller in girth.

Abstaining from masturbation didn't go so well this weekend, but I kept the sessions short and to the point. I have no signs of the thrombosed vien this morning even after my workout.

This week I'm going for:

10 minute warm up with kegels
8 minute basic stretch (30 seconds each direction; 3 sets)
20 minute jelq with occasional perineum jelqs to help stay engorged
close with full erection with several perineum jelqs

M,W,F, assessment on Saturday

The main difference will be in the jelq:

* I got out my electric razor, used a 1/8 inch clip and trimmed all my public hair way down. This helped with jelqing a lot. The reduction in hair means a reduction in friction, so I'm stretching much less skin when I jelq and can get a grip that is closer to the pubic bone.

* Intensity: I'm starting with about 40% erection for a couple minutes, and then gradually build up erection level to 75%. I try to keep most of the work out at or near 75%. I'm also using a firmer grip, probably about 3.5 or 4 on a scale of 1-5. But this varies with the varying erection level during my workout.

* Repetitions: Having less hair means less screwing around. I'm able to do more repetitions now naturally. I usualy do a four count, which works out to be about 3 seconds.

RESULTS: I had a slight aching feeling - not unpleasant at all, but it seemed to persist,almost like blue balls but not in the balls, whenever I have unusual sensations in that region it's hard for me to tell what exactly is happening. I think I may have been feeling some workout fatigue.

Summary: I'm really still getting my basic technique down. I'm thinking that in a few weeks with better technique, more reps, learning more about adequate intensity, I will start to see gains. I'm very happy with the way I got into this slowly, probably taking it too easy at first and farting around with pubic hair, different lubes, erection level, technique, etc. I'll continue to learn about this and eventually have a routine that is more regimented to my personal physiology and goals. Right now, I'm findig that I get enjoyment from PE and it's helping me get up out of bed on a positive note!
