Hehe.. i dont know what to call it , but if you see at this picture you can see its the "rubber band" excactly where the picture have its mouth.
Why dont cut that ? if u look at nearly almost porn movies u can see the guys dont have that "rubber band" more :\
Dont thing it will make me thing bigger, but i thing it will get a better shape.
