I'm always trying to reach deeper into the inner penis and today I discovered that by including part of the scrotum in my overhand jelq I can include more of the length of the penis in my grip. So in starting position the webbing of my hand between the index and thumb is pressed firmly into the pubic bone and the tips of the index and thumb are reaching back as far into the inner penis under the scrotal skin as possible. Sometimes I would hold the scrotum back with one hand and do 3 repetitions with the other hand before alternating hands. This prevented pulling the skin along with the jelq.
I think this was a good step forward in developing a thorough technique that will be easy to replicate.
I'm continuing to maintain a higher erection level throughout my routine. I aim for what I would call 75%. It varies naturally, but I'm getting better at controlling it.
I'm also getting a greater sense that I'm having more effective workouts. I'm feeling more sensations of pressure in the penis during the jelqing. Afterward there's a slight sense of fatigue. Hard to describe, almost a very mild aching that goes away quickly. It doesn't even approach anything like pain. It's kind of like what my penis feels after a very long masturbation session with lots of great porn, but without the mushy flaccid state at the end.
For any new guys that are reading this...I just want to be clear that I'm still taking it pretty easy in that I'm really paying attention to my body when I'm jelqing. I'm never trying to PUSH anything. I'm exploring sensations with varying levels of grip pressure and erection level. But the sensations are ALWAYS PLEASANT. I'm never making faces or straining anything.
