I've stretched my penis through weight hanging for a TOTAL of 4 hours daily in the past....gained 2 inches in a total of about 2 years....., and close to 8 hours a day recently using a vacuum stretcher. It's definitely a great way to make gains. Not something you can just jump right into though. It takes several weeks to get your penis used to that level of stretching.
