Default U-Grip Jelqs for Head Engorgement

It is best to warm up, stretch and do your regular jelqing routine before engaging in the activity of "U" grips.
A longer than 15 minute warm down is also a must.

Warning NEwbies should not do "U" grip untill 3-5 months of the beginer program is done first. You must have a well conditoned dick before you do the "U" grip.
