So this is basically a "clamped jelq". Get about half erect, clamp off at the base with your one hand, and jelq up the shaft slowly with the other hand. Right? It is indeed a great girth exercise. BUT "there is nothing new under the sun". It's good to see exercises kept alive though. I also understand enjoying attention that comes from "inventing" exercises. Don't take this post the wrong way of course. I've just been around MANY PE forums for the last 9 years and I've seen MANY variations of MANY exercises to include this one.

You can also use a variation of the "ULI" to engorge the glans very well:

Get about 50% or better erect...not fully erect as you want some "pliability" in the penis. Start a slow jelq up from the base, with an over hand "ok" grip. Pinky of the jelq hand will be pointing toward the glans. Once the hand reaches the middle of the penis, slowly squeeze down first with the middle finger for a few seconds, then the next finger closest to the pinky for a few seconds then the pinky finger itself for a few seconds until all fingers of the grip have been involved with the squeeze one after the other.
The effect is a very dramatic expansion exercise that is very good at expanding the glans.

Care must be taken not to over do it with too high an erection level especially at first, or you may indeed rupture capillaries (the smallest blood vessels in the body) inside the urethra ("pee hole"), which can result in a few drops of blood from the urethra for a few moments.
