Greetings,

I am a 41-year-old physician and I came upon this website two weeks ago, while surfing the web trying to find an answer for decreased erectile strength. My erectile performance has declined over the last 4 to 5 years and I am unsure if my problem is medically related (I have hypertension and recently started taking prescreption anti-hypertensive medications) or interest related (my wife and I have been together for 18 years). Most likely, it is a combination of both. Just to note, although I can obtain a terrific erection using prescription medications like Viagra or Cialis, and I do use these, I hope to find a more permanent non-pharmaceutical answer.

I have thoroughly searched the medical literature (official medical journal articles on PubMed, which is an online medical database available to medical practitioners and researchers) and have not located any acceptable articles regarding the study of PE and its effects on increased erection strength or increased size. Reading information posted on various websites, there are obviously many advocates as well as antagonists of PE and its beneficial effects. Most online physician related websites tend to deny the beneficial effects of PE, but without significant quality research and publications on the subject, I do not know how they can offer these opinions. It is very apparent that the members of this site agree that they have benefited from PE in both erectile quality and size gains.

After thoroughly reading the PE information, forum posts and training guides on this website, I have decided to find out for myself if PE is the answer to my problem. My primary goal is a stronger erection, but if increased length and girth are side effects of my quest, I will gladly accept these consequences. I have started a PE training log and have taken photographs. I plan to repeat photographs and measurements monthly. I am currently using the posted Beginner's Guide and training 5 days on and 2 days off as this fits my schedule well. I train in the morning, before leaving for work. I do my stretches in the shower to keep my vital parts warm and jelq while seated, after I shower. I have not discussed any of this with my wife as I intend to investigate whether or not she will notice a difference, and if so, how long it will take her.

I am also taking the supplements posted by JonPop. These are all safe and healthy supplements to be taking on a daily basis for any adult individual, but I am curious as to why he has selected these in particular for PE. Hopefully, he will read this and provide some enlightenment.

Good luck to all newbies like myself, I hope we can all be as successful as those who have gone before us.

Best,
BoneDoc
