Thanks for the response, JonPop. Yes, I am an Orthopedist. I thought the screen name was appropriate in more ways than one. Just to let you know, I started out with the Beginner's Guide routine, but added your posted beginner's routine with the LOT check this week (I am doing both now). It takes me about 30-40 minutes to complete everything. Do you think doing both of these routines is over training? I don't notice any negative consequences yet and I have actually noticed a mild increase in erection strength already (I am also doing my Kegel exercises throughout the day). I also noticed today that as I was warming down after completing my jelqs (I get back in the shower to warm down) my flaccid girth was much thicker than normal and stayed that way for about 30 minutes. I have to admit it was pleasing to see. I have made note of the warning signs for over training, and I am keeping my eye out for them, but all seems well so far.
Best,
