Everyone should keep in mind that the healthier your entire body is, the healthier your penis will be. You will never see an overweight, out-of-shape man with a healthy penis.

Cardio and weight training are excellent to do for both the health of your body and penis. Cardio will help increase blood flow to all areas of the body and helps to maintain blood pressure. Lifting weights will help increase testosterone levels in the body. Many men claim to have increase frequency and strength of erections the day after doing leg work, so don't neglect squats and lunges!

I personally wouldn't worry to much about scrotum size. You can perform a testicle health massage after your PE routine - this may help increase the scrotum by stretching the skin. As far as the actual testicles go, there are herbs that usually offer TEMPORARY increases in size, such as Damiana. Some men claim to have had permanent results, but the majority who took the herb went back to their original size after the stopped taking it. Focus on your penis. Focus on being healthy.
