Unless you strain yourself or are taking roids you don't have to worry about it. Doing high-intensity large-muscle workouts like squats can actually increase the flow of testosterone in the body...this can be good for all kinds of workouts including PE. In terms of increasing scrotum/testicles, MAKE SURE AND DO YOUR KEGELS. Do them everyday and lay off the masturbation. This will increase bloodflow and promote more size.
