Good day JP! About your Beginners 90 days routine, I have hard time doing the helicopter shakes and the "V" jelqs. Ive found my LOT and it is low (6:00) so I do exercise straight out and straight up, Left and Right. Couples of questions though...
Can you elaborate furthermore the Helicopter Shake?
Can I do "V" jelqs with one hand? (My left hand is kinda weak so Im working on it)
About the supplement you advise, can I see gains without taking them?
