I really enjoy reading other member’s threads since it gives me that extra motivation when I need it. I wonder why I never started my own thread – oh, that’s right…I’VE NEVER GAINED!!!
I think I’ve put in more work and thought into PE than anyone. Actually, I take that back – I’m sure people like Shiver, MX, Xenolith, remek, sparkyx, etc. have put in more thought, but no one has been more frustrated when it comes to not gaining from PE. Brief History
I found out about PE back in March of 2001. I paid for a membership to a pay site and started their “Beginner Workout.” After two months of not knowing what the hell I was doing, I gave up. I watched a lot of porn and always wanted a huge cock (or even one that’s just slightly above average). I thought PE was bullshit, but in the back of my mind kept thinking that there had to be a way to increase the size of my unit. I became really depressed and started doing a lot of cocaine and weed. After I cleaned up my act, I decided to try my “Beginner Workout” again and was unsuccessful again. I dipped back into the coke and weed for a little bit. Then, I found Thundersplace and thought I found the Holy Grail itself – thousands of guys obsessed and insecure with the size of their dicks AND they were proving that PE does work.
I started up with the Newbie routine, and didn’t gain. Then I tried Memento’s Rapid Gain routine, and didn’t gain. Then I tried dry jelqing, and didn’t gain. Then I tried clamping, and didn’t gain. After 14 months of frustration, I put out a thread for other people’s suggestions on what I should do.
I was directed to Xenolith’s progress thread and read his theory on IPR. After reading it and re-reading the thread, IPR began to make a lot of sense. I Need A Little Help From My Friends
I began PMing two members that in search for some help – babbis and remek. Remek gave me constant support, sound advice and was so convinced that I would gain one day from PE that I actually started to believe him. I all encourage you to visit his site as well. I will continue to support remek and all his goals that he has toward PE. Both of us have the mutual opinion that there IS a science when it comes to PE, and one day, it will be found.
Babbis PMed me and told me that he had a solution to my problem. Now, many of you may not know this, but babbis is in the process of starting his own PE paysite. At first, I was VERY skeptical, but I thought I’d give his routine a try. Just to let everyone know, I am not here to promote or endorse his site. But, his advice and support alone would be well worth the membership. The Routine
Since babbis has taken me under his wing, I agreed that I would not reveal the specifics of the routine. But, I can tell you some general things. The routine is based on Xenolith’s IPR theory, which is why I love it so much. I’ve been hanging SO and ADSing using a vacuum hanger. I’m not supposed to reveal specifics about time and weight in light of my agreement with babbis. What I can tell you is that it is a 1 on/2 off routine; I vacuum hang at a SO angle, do some light jelqing afterwards to get the blood flowing and then ADS for a bit – that’s it. Similar to Xenolith’s theory, there is a gains period, a cementing period and a deconditioning period. Since I’ve never hanged before, I started at a REALLY low weight to maximize my usage of the vacuum hanger. Plus, the last thing I want to do is overtrain, which is what I believe is the reason for my absence of gains. I never PEed 7 days a week; the most I’ve ever done was a 5 on/2 off routine – but I finally realized that even this was too much for me. My Journey to “Big Dick Island”
My starting stats are: 14cm (5.51 inches) BPEL X 10.8cm (4.25 inches) EG
Well, I’m only 4 sessions into my gains period and have already measured a 1 cm gain. I’m not getting too excited yet, because I have seen my penis get to that length before (albeit temporarily). Moreover, the cementing period could also help with some more gains as well, but I just hope that that period does what it is supposed to do – CEMENT!
Final Length Goal: 20cm (7.87 inches)

PE does work. Even though I’ve been PEing off and on since March 2001, I never believed that it actually works until now. For those who have never gained, listen to your penis. He’s trying to tell you something. You are either overtraining or not doing the exercises properly. Read sparkyx’s PI threads, take a deconditioning break and try something new – that’s what I did, and it worked for me.
