Hey Zeppelinrambler,

I just started three weeks ago and my goal, as your's is, is to gain a stronger erection. After two weeks of PE training, my wife noticed a big difference. You can read my post called "Success!!!" from last week for a few more details. She doesn't even know that I am doing PE, but I plan on sharing my secret with her soon. I highly recommend the "Beginner's 90 Day Routine" posted by JonPop, it has really done the job for me so far. Good luck on your quest, and don't overdo it your first few weeks, you have plenty of time to make those gains!!!

starting: typical erection strength (TES) without medications - 75%; BPER - 6.0"; Girth - 5.5" (BPER and Girth measurements are with medication and 100% erection)

goal: TES - 100%; BPER - 7.0"; Girth - 6.5"
