Anyways just to make sure I'm doing my stats right, for length would I press a tape measure up to my pelvic bone and measure the length without doing a kegel? Also, I'm opting to start with Jonpops advanced beginner routine. Since I have previous experience should I quickly move up to more advanced routines?

Anyways, I plan on starting tomorrow as I can get into a routine if I start when the work week starts. I will post progress in the progress section as soon as I notice a measurable gain. Any other tips for someone about to start up again?
To take an accurate bone pressed erect length measurement: Get erect, press a RULER (tape measures flex too much to be reliably accurate) along the top of your penis, over the penis (not off to one side) as far into the 'fat pad' and as close to the pubic bone as possible without hurting yourself. That is your bone pressed erect length, and you use this as an accurate way to track gains. To measure your non bone pressed, well that's performed the same way, but without pressing into the fat pad...rather, just place the ruler right against the skin.

Girth is most accurately measured with a non metallic tape measure. Measure your girth at mid-shaft.
