Slanker, yes, an increase in BPFSL does show a potential for gains. Good news for you, eh?
As Iguana points out, if your BPFSL is much greater than your BPEL and your erection quality is around an 8 or less, you'll probably want to focus on stretching. This is all in accordance with the TGC theory Iguana and I are proposing (notes on the theory are found in

About the SM automatically catching up with the tunica, maybe in some instances. But in most cases, I would have to guess that this is more wishful thinking than anything. I could be wrong, though.
