I have been PE for about 3weeks now.. 1 day on 2 days off..
And just measure my lenght, and I think its kind of hard to measure the bone pressed flaccid.
if I press it medium to the bone and strech my my penis medium i end ut around 15,8cm .
And when i press it hard to the bone and strech hard i end up like some 16,4cm..
In total i have no idea if i have gained or not, maby i should increas my routine ?
And I still end up jelqing with an u grip with force on the sides, because then i do a
locked O grip. I end up taking my balls with me on the ride towards the glans :\
Any tips or feedback to me ? |
