Im diabetic and my diet is aboutn 75% protein when i want to trim a little bit. However i stay around 1800-2000 calories per day. Have ytou been checked for diabetis or hypothyroid disease?
Will the caloric intake go up in stages as your body adapts to ketosis? Ketosis is dangerous for type 1 diabetes. (to much insulin and not enough glucose to take the insulin into the cells)
I thought of asking if you were on a doctor controlled program. IIt is not safe to lose more than 2 pounds per week un less supervised by a physisician and the weight has to come off to preserve life. |
