And 2 rounds of stretching Total 5 min
And goes up to 8 min jelq (starting light and then medium and little hard)
Kegels : doing piss/stop kegels for a while now... I think its more easy when you have 80-100% erection to do the dick jump kegels.
Just hope i dont get overtrained!!! |
