I recently gained 0.5" in length and now have a BPFSL that is 1.2cm longer then my BPEL so I have created a girth-focused manual routine that I did yesterday and today.

I do not remember the name of some of the exercises that I do but here is my routine: 100 wet-jelqs at about 70% erection level, 6 squeeses where I count to ten (where you hold a grip at your base and right under your glans, focusing on the CCs.), 6 "mild" Ulis where I just grip at the base, move the grip forward untill I get some decent pressure, then I hold there for 10sec, release and repeat. 5 slinkys downwards and five upwards. Finish with 50 wet-jelqs (same as the first 100).
So far so good. Great morning wood today and a general feeling of hornyness. |
