| focusing on girth, does this sound good? Goal Update: i got lucky and a conversation came up with my girlfriend regarding size. it was a reference to a conversation she had with a friend. now i know for sure that extra length wouldnt improve sex for her. she worded it that “Length is pointless and stupid.” (meaning above average length) so since i already reach the end of her and have to be careful to not cause discomfort i will focus only on girth now.
i have a feeling i'm not going to be "on the market" for a pretty long time, so i really only care about making it good for her. the plan: kinda hazy as far as a clear plan goes. the exercises i plan to do are ulis/squeezes/head-focused-ulis and clamping. here's what i had in mind.
day1: clamping
day2: ulis/squeezes/head-focused-ulis
day3: clamping
day4: ulis/squeezes/head-focused-ulis
day5: clamping
then after i've alternated for 4-6 days, take a couple days off. is this a good way to go? or is another schedule setup clearly a better idea?
also, should i ADS with a few golf weights, to stop myself from turtling? or will that contribute to length gains?
thanks in advance for any help you guys can give me.

| Beaver,
You might want to go at it a little lighter at first; and as times goes on, build up 5 on, 2 off. This won't be the first time you hear me say this, but the biggest gainers seem to always build themselves up... and the guys that don't gain seem to leap into high intensity routines.
I suggest maybe going at it 2 on, 2 off for a week or two, then bump it up to 3 on, 3 off, and so on. Dustpan gained quite good girth, and he had a nice routine: 3-4 on, 3-4 off (depending on how he felt). I'm fairly certain he worked up to this, though. Bib, another huge gainer, also worked up to his high-intensity routine. Same goes for YGuy, who is possibly the biggest gainer of us all. The list really goes on.
Either way, no need to start out at full speed ahead when using less intensity might provide the same results, and possibly even better results.
Good luck beaver! |

Good luck beaver! | thanks remek, i'm new to clamping so im not really sure how i should alter my routine to include it.
should i clamp AND do manual exercises 2 days in a row then take a break? or clamp one day, manual exercise the next day, and then take a break? or would doing the manual exercises the first day be better for any reason?

| Either might work. PE is variable. However, you might want to focus on clamping day 1, as it often gives good temp gains. Then on day 2 focus on manual exercises to cement those temps gains.
Also, watch your physiological indicators closely. They will let you know if you're overtraining.
Good luck! |

Interesting questions and valid. Try this. Clamp as much as you can for however many days you can. Do one thing at a time. If you clamp then clamp. If you do Ulis then do ulis. Do nothing else. Quit the switching up routine. If you need to take a break then take a break. Your break will depend upon your ability to see your attitude and feel how your body responds. Then do ULIs for however many days you can, then switch to jelqing (Warning, Warning!) Jelqing may increase length! The key here is to do each until you do not want to do it any longer and switch to the new girth exercise. Best of all.... If your body says take a break, listen and do what it says. In the long run you will gain very nicely.
Listen to your body. It will tell you when to start, switch and stop.
PE is a long haul and it takes time to hit your goal. For most, Girth is the hardest thing to accomplish.

hey falcon, thanks for the advice. why is it you think that sticking to one at a time is best? is it similar to the "divide and conquer" philosophy that a lot of hangers use? sort of like you develop a conditioning to the pressures of different girth exercises?
i realy appreciate the advice.

| Yes, that would be the idea. Divide and conquer.
Just do girth exercises. Jelquing, Ulis, Bends and so on. End up the day with clamping. You can even split up your exercises throughout the day but I would leave clamping for last in the evening.
