The first time Iīve used a Bathmate I noticed the same: it was a really good warm up, my dick was loose and filled and I wasnīt so anxious to do my jelqs compared when I used only a rice sock.

In my mind a VERY good routine will be this:
5 to 7 minutes of Bathmate warm up
10 minutes jelq
5 minutes air clamp (at peweights) or some squeezes. In the past I used to wear a thigh jelly cock ring near below the glans at the same time I was clamping and the expansion was brutal, then my air clamp get broken (yes, Iīm a very very unlucky guy with my pe devices)
4x 10 to 30 secs isometrics kegels (you push down paralell to the floor with a 100% erection and then kegel against the resistance)
3 to 5 minutes (comfortable zone) of Bathmate cool down (using cold water instead of warm water)
In roughly half and hour you have your warm up and cool down, exercises and kegels. I remember doing something similar to this and my EQ was 11 over 10. Then my Bathmate got broken and I lost all my habit doing PE
