How tight was your grip? Mine is very lite in the feel good range. This is waht im doing different from before the grip is almost "to lite." I sweat MY EQ is around 11.
Part of the reason im doing this is that my skin is kind of tight right now. This light jelqing helps grow a little extra skin to compansate for future growth.
You are probably correct Pap, perhaps a good warm up and stretch should pre-cede this nw exercise.
