| Which supplements do you take and why?
Here's what I take:
L-Arginine: Nitric Oxide precursor, increase bloodflow to the extremities. Helps with erections. (1800mg per day)
L-Glutamine: Helps with tissue regeneration. (I only take this when I go to the gym) (Between 2-5 grams per usage)
North American Ginseng 6%: Slightly increases testosterone levels. Makes testicules appear bigger. (500mg per day)
High Alpha Whey Protein shake: Contains a bunch of elements that are necessary (I only drink this when I go to the gym)
What do you recommend for PE? Is there anything GREAT that I'm missing out on? Keep us informed

Depends on your diet. Most people eat alot of quick easy to fix food or junk food.
You might want to add 60mg of Zinc to your supplements Radiohead.
I believe in using a super B-Complex.

I forgot to add, I take B-complex once in a while
Jon, what can zinc do for me? Is it expensive?
What do you think of Damiana and Saw Palmetto? Thanks.

Vegan: doesn't eat anything that comes from an animal (meat, milk, eggs, cheese)
Vegetarian: doesn't eat meat.
I eat cheese and some dairy products, although I do not drink milk. Milk is terrible for your health, contrary to popular belief.

1500 mg L-Arginine
200 mg B-Complex
2000 mg Amino Acid
600 g Whey Protein
3000 mg Vitiamin C

Policosinol 10-20mg.
Cayenne pepper pills 40,000 heating units.
Garlic pills 2-4 gms per day.

AAKG 4-7 grams per day.
