Hehe yeah I'm a big boy now.

I have virtually no fat pad. I'm a pretty skinny guy. I'm 6'3 at 158 lbs. Being a vegetarian makes you lose a lot of weight. If I bone press, the measurement will come to 7.20 inches at most. The problem is girth, and I don't measure my girth properly. I need to get a measuring tape, which I don't have for the moment.

I just use a string...I've gotten good at it; I get consistent measurements everytime now (5.2 - 5.25 midshaft).

Today I performed a lot of backwards uli jelqing. It really does make the girth get bigger.

High intensity girth exercises kill your EQ. Girth exercises are tough on the penis. Don't perform any type of Uli more than twice a week with 2-3 days off between Uli workouts.

For the other workout days, use lower intensity girth exercises such as the O bend and various other bending exercises. Use the V jelq and OK grip jelqs also.

If you guys have exercises/comments/advice, please post it.

We need more exercises. I'm counting on the PE Gym community to speak out.

Name of exercise, clear instructions, intensity level, etc.

I added the tunica tug today. Intensity level 3.

The O bend is a great girth exercise performed semi-erect. It takes patients and it is time consuming. If you don't have the time to do it slowly, then don't put it in your routine. It would really help though. I suppose you could tweak the O bend so that it's quicker.

Upon several O bend workout days, I have had a girth increased in both the flaccid and erect state.

O bending is extremely important for girth.

If I had more time, I'd add things to this thread but unfortunately pre-med sucks and I don't have a lot of free time.

In order for this thread to be a support thread, you guys need to post here with updates. Have you tried out any of the mentioned girth exercises? Do you like them? Do you have any exercises to suggest? How about some theory you'd like to share? Post it here.

What is O bending?

If I understand it correctly it seems I have to make some changes in my routine, because I have done both lengt and girth exercises in every session.

I have bought an extender - I haven't got it yet though, but when I get it - I plan using it for 4 hours daily. Would it be a good idea then, if I cut back from making lenght exercises, and only making heavy girth exercises twice a week?

Go to the first page of this thread and scroll down to the third of fourth post. It explains the O bend in detail.

How long have you been exercising your penis? If it's been over 4 months, then you can perform light Uli routines twice a week. The other days that you exercise, you can continue your length exercises. It will be pretty balanced.
