Sorry lazy have not realize this could puzzle other so much and I can't dig any video and I tried to video my understanding but it did not work. So far I have only discover 3 of JP PE Exercise (JP share the other and don't give me hard time searching

):
1.V Jelq (girth routine for beginner)
2. Tunica Thug (length routine advance 3months PE experiance needed to perform)
3. 3DPJ (girth advance 3months PE experiance needed to perform)
This three have no officila video as far as I know (the v jelq was just added recently)
I had just added JP step on V jelq (the palm facing up and the jelq towards the belly), Uli 3 (starting at the base pumping the blood), and 3 C Phantasy 3 part stretch. Combine those three and you will have the 3part Jelq done at 20%30% erection. ^^
Here's how understand it, the differens in a regular DRY Jelq was the grip and the limit on how far you can jelq.
1 ) The grip was over hand grip, put it in the shaft, move it to the underside without loosing the grip.
2 ) With your other hand pull the skin as much as you can. Then thighten the grip and reach as low as you can, probably you will touch your balls to reach the inner penis(Note I just inverted the procedure for the grip for better visualization)
3 ) Jelq as if your doing the dry jelq, you'l feel the bump, you cant go to far, maybe an inch due to the pulled skin, count 15-25.
4) Without realsing the skin move to the other part where it is unjeq, you won't reach tip of the glan leaving unjelq areaa, repeat again the count.
5) After that move to the 2/3 or 1/4= depends on the 3part which not yet jelq, and do the dry jelq.
Well somehow I hope I would know if I'm doing it right and help other who decide to do this^^
